TUITION ASSSISTANCE

We hope that tuition costs will not prohibit students from joining our school. Please ask for a Tuition Assistance Application if you would like to request a need-based scholarship. Tax forms will be required before scholarships can be determined. If you feel there are extenuating circumstances that should be considered, you will be asked to attach your explanation in writing.

Complete Tuition Assistance Applications must be received by May 1, 2024 with relevant information attached. The submitted Tuition Assistance Applications will all be considered on this date. Scholarship requests may be accepted throughout the year only if there is money remaining in our scholarship fund.

A Scholarship Committee will review all Tuition Assistance Applications to determine both who will receive assistance, as well as the amount of assistance. The Scholarship Committee will typically consist of the Principal, the Church Finance Manager, and the Board Treasurer or another designee from the Board.

APPLICATION & AWARD PROCESS

  • Families must reapply for tuition assistance each year.

  • For consideration, a completed Tuition Assistance Application must include all required support documentation.

  • Tuition Assistance Applications are available by request at the school office.

  • Tuition Assistance Applications are due by May 1.

  • Recipients are notified by the second Friday of May.

Awarding Tuition Assistance

  • Scholarships are awarded based on need.

  • Church membership is not a requirement.

  • The school does not offer 100% scholarships. A minimum family commitment is expected.
